The school material drive aims to collect basic school supplies to be given to pupils of Day Care, Grades 1 to 3 of calamity-stricken public elementary schools, immediately after the authorities had completed the retrieval, relief and rehabilitation operations. Black Pencil Project advocacy focuses on the early learners of public elementary school system - a segment that are very vulnerable especially in cases like calamities. Q. Who will be the recipients of the BPP Pencil Drive / school materials program?A. Recipients will be pupils from Day Care, Grades 1, 2, & 3 of hardest-stricken public elementary school(s) within the calamity area. Each kid shall receive a complete study kit. Q.
