Globe Advisory: Effective Dec 6, NTC will require all mobile networks to implement the new per pulse charging scheme versus current 1min/pulse.Prescribed max unit of billing for voice calls is 6sec/pulse.We will release new call rates once NTC approves.For inquiries,call 211 toll-free via Globe mobile.
