HERALD X is an underground newsletter/magazine published wayback late 1986 during the Turmoil Times in Philippine Politics and of course on the HEYDAY of NEW WAVE and PUNK scene here in MANILA better known as the BRAVE NEW WORLD scene. It features news about PINOY PUNK Pioneers URBAN BANDITS, BETRAYED and imported hardcore bands like DEAD KENNEDYS and a lot more stuffs about the latest Underground Scene back then. YUP!! It’s one of those Fanzine that also featured “THE STATION THAT DARES TO BE DIFFERENT” WXB102 since XB was one of the prime movers and supporters of the PINOY PUNK scene back then.
