I suppose a few of you guys do, and/or for those who don’t, he’s Stefano Mori, ring a bell?
Anyway, I believe he’s back in the Philippines after a long while of staying abroad, although, I’m quite surprised that there hasn’t been any sightings of him yet; no new photos, no news, no nothing. And that made me curious, has everyone really forgotten about the old g-mik/berks days? I mean, he used to be a good child actor and he made a good leading man when he got paired with Camille Prats, don’t you think? He played the role of ‘Borj’ and he had that ‘maangas/mayabang’ character in g-mik together with co-stars Angelica Panganiban, John Prats, Miko Samson and Carlo Aquino.
So am I the only one who feels very nostalgic when I see or hear his name? I was only about 6 years old when g-mik aired and I hardly recall any episodes or scenes from it but at that very young age, I knew that I fell inlove with him and I’m sure a lot of other girls did too.
Everyone seems to be big fans of the new ‘hot’ Pinoy guys in the entertainment industry, I suppose Enchong Dee would be on the list together with Sam Concepcion, Robi Domingo, other ‘Gigger Boys’ Members, etc. etc. But I still hope that a few of you remember the late ’90s when Tabing Ilog was shown every Sunday and G-mik was aired on a Saturday.
Don’t you just wish that they sort of have a reunion? Kahit once lang para sa mga taong sumubaybay talaga sa kanila at para sa mga taong pinakilig ng Roni-Borj tandem pati na rin nila Angelica-Carlo at John-Heart.
