I cannot agree more. This concludes the reason why corruption never ends and why we never progress. People, please do not just blame the officials. I am not a fan of PNOY but, I am a Filipino citizen who aspires to have a better country. Change is not possible if only the leaders will act and we receive and rant. Progress must be a two-way system. The people and the government must help each other and stop blaming faults because truthfully, it’s everyone’s fault and we can’t redo those mistakes.
