1. Pinoy Tumblr is, in essence, run by Pinoys who post bit-worthy text, photos, quotes, links, chat, audio clips, videos or whatever type of content on their respective tumblelogs. You can submit anything related to Filipinos. However, your submission will be rejected if:
…it has been posted several times in the past. The admins have been here since the start of this blog. You might think that something is original but we’d recognize if it has been posted before, although reposts will be allowed if it’s really necessary.
…it’s more like a “personal” blog. We have received a lot of submissions detailing their lives and their daily experiences. This is not YOUR blog. Not everyone is interested in the daily life of someone they do not know. However, you can write about experiences related to something that would catch the interest of our readers. Example: Write about your trip to Intramuros — tell us what you’ve seen, felt and learned. tell us your personal opinion about certain current events.
…it violates Tumblr’s Content Policy and/or Terms of Service.
2. Please add this line at the end of your submissions, or else it might not get approved:
“Submitted by [link to your tumblr/blog/site/email]”
If you’re submitting a “reblogged” post, it’s alright to leave that out. If you’re submitting something that is made by another person, please include proper credits.
3. The admins have the right to reject your submission to their discretion.
Tip: If you’re submitting a photo, click “Submit a Text Post” and select “Submit Photo” :)
